A Brit comes to visit, Part 1

So I had the lucky chance to have a fellow I’ve gotten to know very well online, visit in person. My friend Chris Davies decided to take a Holiday to San Francisco and I convinced him to come down to Los Angeles for a couple of days so we could hang out and meet. He ended up taking Amtrack down and got in on Monday evening, we ended up going out for beer and food in Pasadena on Monday. I took off today (Tuesday) and we hung out all day today. We took some pictures with his Digital Camera and I will post a more in depth report on what we did today, when I get the pictures from him.

Another Day off

This morning was great, I love waking up with my husband and son in the morning when I don’t have to work. I work so early in the morning that I have to tip-toe until I leave the house, and make sure I leave the lights off. So this morning was great, Aiden wakes up around 7am and I run upstairs and grab him and bring him back to bed to hang out with me and Brandon. It’s so amazing to wake up with the two most important people in your life, it just sets the day.

I found this website today that it so great it’s going to bore the heck out of all you child-less people, but for those of you with kids you’ll enjoy it, it’s pampersareless.com you can get pampers or huggies diapers for SOOOO cheap, and the shipping is cheap too!!!! I don’t know how they do it. It’s pretty exciting for someone like me (a mother who can’t resist a good deal…hmm wonder where I get that from). So for all you mommies make sure you check it out, and for all the non-mommies just be glad you can still spend your money on other things, because diapers aren’t that much fun.
